Ability to buy stuff using commands (eg. /buy dirt 100)#57

We have /sell, how about a /buy. This would make it so much more convient for players to buy certain stuff. Especially in my case where players use the ShopGUI+ ingame shop gui to buy and sell the ingame physical tokens/coins (currency).
