Purchase as gift to another player#45

Add a system to make a purchase as a gift to another player.

This suggestion was migrated from old suggestions made at the Discord server.

I love the idea, but I think player’s might also use this as a troll feature. It’d be nice to also implement a toggle CMD such as /shop gift toggle or something. So player’s need to toggle it before they can be gifted shop content.
