Option to toggle command purchase confirmation GUI#42

Add an option to toggle the command purchase confirmation gui (after v1.44.0 its impossible to remove).

This suggestion was migrated from old suggestions made at the Discord server.

Command item types in a recent release have been given the amount selection gui capabilities in-directly providing a confirmation gui.
