Personal blacklists for selling items by players#40

A per-player real-time configurable blacklist for all /sell commands. It would allow players to configure which blocks can be sold in situations like mining. They can blacklist just ores, so when they sell, all the junk gets sold and the valuables stay. Or when gravel mining, sell off all the flint but keep the gravel.

I’m picturing just a command like /blacklist diamond_ore,iron_ore,gold_ore.
