Option to set prices in exp levels#37

Add an option to set prices in levels instead of experience points when using EXP economy

This suggestion was migrated from old suggestions made at the Discord server.

Working on this suggestion now, and implementing it across all plugins where applicable.

This suggestion was implemented and completed August 15th, 2023.
