Ability to modify slots, define own fillers etc. to allow textured menus#174

Currently Christmas plus has very limited options for GUI menus, it’s predefined and it would be amazing if something like “slot: 5” could be added. This way you can move and adjust positions of gifts.

Second thing is if you can add a dummy menu item. I have bought on mcmodels animated menu, but since christmas+ only support one filler item and I need those on specific two slots, I can’t even use this menu.

Would be great and it’s modern thing that every plugin should have by now.
