Add MiniMessage support#165

Please, it’s already 2025, can we get MiniMessage support for easy coloring and other text configuration, like clickable/hoverable messages, etc.?

I guess there should be a backwards compatibility too…

Also, this could become somewhat centralized? And as so, another currently existing suggestion that asks for a way to disable messages could be implemented: if message is empty, do not send it.
