Daily buying/selling limits#15

1. Ability to add cooldowns to buying or selling (ie. A player is only allowed to buy a certain item a certain amount of times a day unless they have a bypass permission).

2. Have the ability to make items a one time purchase.

3. I would like brc to add a purchase limit each day. For example, players can only purchase 100x diamond each day, if they want to purchase more, they would have to wait until tomorrow. This can prevent players from spam buying and getting too OP.

4. Please can you add a feature where an item in the shop has a cooldown for how often you can purchase it.

Also, could possibly include to this a way to limit the total earned per day.
