Adding an item via command#143

Could we please get a command to add a held item to a specific shop?

Trying to add custom items creating using unsupported plugins (like oraxen) is literal hell. If there was a command to add a held item, the plugin could grab the data from my item and add it for me to allow selling or buying of items created with other plugins.
