Buy It Now/BIN/buyout option#14

1. This needs a Buyout function, i didn’t realise it didn’t have one before i bought it. Without this i just have to use another plugin to make this work, which renders the auction plugin useless.

2. I’d be surprised if it’s not been suggested before but i can’t see it in the suggestions so here it is. A Buy Out option.
